Since Shiga Kogen ski resort is a large ski field combined with 18 ski resorts, we provide several different types of lift passes, such as an All-mountain pass, an area pass or a point ticket etc.
Which lift pass should you buy? Depending on your skills and your schedule, we propose some options. Please check out this page!
🐇 For beginner riders 🐇
If you are beginner level or this is your first-time winter sports experience, we don’t recommend you to buy an All-mountain lift pass for the first day, because whole Shiga Kogen mountain would be too large to ride over in one day. A point ticket or an area lift pass would be a better deal.
Point ticket
price: You can choose any point between 20 and 50 points / ¥3,200~¥8,000
1 point Adult ¥160 / Child ¥80, Nonrefundable, Reloadable
Available at ski resort ticket counters, not available to purchase online.
You can take every lift and gondola in Shiga Kogen with this point ticket.
How to find a lift point?
1.Refer the live lift status page : https://shigakogen-ski.or.jp/lift/index.html
2.Click on a ski resort name (written only in Japanese)
3.Then scroll the page and you will find each lift name with its point.
