Yamanoeki bus stop is the central bus terminal of Shiga Kogen. From here, you can get to Okushiga kogen ski resort direction or Yokoteyama ski resort direction by the shuttle bus service. This terminal is also connected with Resort Gondola station which brings you to Giant, Bunadaira and Nishitateyama ski resorts.
There is a free parking lot, it would be also convenient for visitors coming by their own car and start skiing from here.
At Yamanoeki, they are offering many useful facilities and services such as the ski/snowboard rental shop, coin-operated lockers and changing rooms, toilets, lift pass purchase, bus ticket purchase, a restaurant, gift shops, and photogenic spots.

There are different sizes of coin-operated lockers and changing rooms.
You can get lifts information and purchase lift pass at the ticket counter or receive online reserved pass with SKIOSK vending machine.
[🍴 Yama no kitchen 🍚] restaurant for lunch time
They offer Nagano specialties like Sanzokuyaki ( marinated chicken cutlet ) and Sauce Katsu-don ( Japanese sauce dipped pork cutlet bowl ). There are nice counter seats with panoramic view.

Here you can get Shiga Kogen souvenirs and also snacks or drinks etc.
[ 📸 ex-Ropeway station 🏔️ ] photogenic spot
Before building the gondola station, there was a ropeway station here. Now this ex-ropeway station became a photogenic spot!
