Through December to April, every 3rd Sunday of the month, is a kid’s day! The all mountain lift pass is free of charge for children 12 years old and younger.
*One pre-school child lift ticket is free for each adult lift ticket holder.

The beautiful nature photographs woven by the Ministry of the Environment Rangers of the Joshin’etsu National Park will be exhibited at the Nature Conservation Center. Please enjoy the view of the harsh yet beautiful nature of the Shiga Kogen highlands, seen from the unique perspective of the national park rangers.

A new winter activity, the ‘e-SNOW BIKE,’ has arrived at Yakebitaiyama Ski Resort! Enjoy the experience of riding an electric bike in the ‘e-SNOW Park’ on snow, or take a ‘Forest Tour’ through tree-lined trails, and even embark on a ‘Mountain Tour’ to ride up the mountain and enjoy the view of the sunset painting the sky red from the viewpoint.

A Snow Park will be open for a limited time at the Webber Course! Yokoteyama and Shibutoge Ski Area, which are the highest in Shiga Kogen, will remain open this season as long as there is snow.
*Starting from 18 March, snow removal will begin around the second slope road, so skiing around the road will not be allowed.
*Park construction is underway in the Shibu-toge area and Weber course, and there are roped-off restricted areas for safety. Please refrain from entering these areas to prevent accidents.
